AI Operator Bridge

Stop manually operating your AI agents.

AI Operator Bridge does the operator work: prepare tasks, generate handoffs, review agent reports, detect risky changes and remember decisions — locally. Push, merge and deploy stay your call.

For founders, indie hackers and small teams using AI coding agents on real repositories.

The problem

AI agents are powerful. Operating them is still manual.

The tiring part is rarely the code suggestion in chat. It is the operator work around it — every day, on every task:

  • Explaining context for the n-th time
  • Writing handoffs by hand
  • Keeping constraints and protected areas in your head
  • Assembling QA checks for every task
  • Reading long agent reports
  • Double-checking risky files manually
  • Deciding merge, review or follow-up
  • Tracking branches and decisions somewhere
01

Less copy-paste, less re-explaining

Bridge keeps a local project memory, so you stop re-explaining context to every agent.

02

Reports you can actually use

Bridge reads local signals, QA and status and prepares a sober report — instead of you reading raw diffs.

03

Founders remain operators

Move faster without handing push, merge and deploy to a black box.

The product loop

One local flow — from task intent to a remembered decision.

Every task runs through the same loop. Bridge prepares, checks and records — you no longer assemble the pieces yourself.

  1. Simple task intent

You describe briefly what should happen — no long briefing.

  2. Project memory

Bridge adds the known project context automatically.

  3. Protected scopes

Risky paths like payment or secrets are detected and flagged.

  4. QA pack

The right checks for the task are prepared.

  5. Handoff

A copy-ready assignment for Claude, ChatGPT or Codex is generated.

  6. Report inbox

The agent report is parsed and assessed — not just filed away.

  7. Next action

Bridge recommends: merge, request review, or follow up.

  8. Ledger update

The decision is recorded locally — nothing gets lost.

How it works

A controlled path outward — with one human gate.

You do not replace your AI tool. Bridge turns a simple task intent into project memory, protected scopes, a QA pack and a handoff — reads the agent report back, suggests the next action and updates a local ledger. Production-adjacent steps stay behind your approval.

  1. Claude / ChatGPT / Codex The agent asks for status, readiness or a handoff.
  2. Bridge Works locally with allowed repositories.
  3. Local repo Reads signals and state — nothing raw leaves the machine.
  4. QA/report A sober, copy-ready report for the agent.
  5. Human approval The gate moment: you approve.
  6. Push/Merge/Deploy Only then does anything go outward.

What goes away

The operator work you stop doing by hand.

Without AI Bridge

  • Write the task by hand
  • Paste context by hand
  • Write constraints by hand
  • Assemble and run QA by hand
  • Read the report by hand
  • Decide the next step by hand
  • Update your notes by hand

With AI Bridge

One local flow prepares, checks and remembers the work.

  • Less copy-paste. Less re-checking. Less lost context.
  • You still make the decisions — just better prepared.

What it looks like in practice

Two tasks, two honest outcomes.

No invented dashboard — this is how the loop behaves on a risky task and a normal one. The risky scenario ships as a demo fixture in the package.

Risky task

“Change a price in checkout”

  1. Simple intent: adjust pricing copy.
  2. Bridge detects: payment logic is a protected scope.
  3. A handoff with clear boundaries is generated.
  4. The agent report touches a risky file.

Review required Recommendation: do not merge — review required. The decision lands in the ledger.

Normal task

“Fix a typo on the about page”

  1. Simple intent: correct the text.
  2. No protected scope touched.
  3. QA pack runs: green.
  4. The report is small and clean.

Merge-ready Recommendation: merge-ready. You approve, the ledger remembers the state.

How you use it

A few steps from agent suggestion to an approved action.

  1. 1

    Install locally

Bridge is set up locally — no cloud account, no telemetry.

  2. 2

    Connect an allowed repo

You decide which repositories the Bridge may even see.

  3. 3

Ask an agent for a task

Claude, ChatGPT or Codex request status, QA or a handoff.

  4. 4

    Bridge reports

Status, QA and risk come back as a sober, copy-ready report.

  5. 5

    You approve

Push, merge and deploy only happen after your explicit confirmation.

Safety as an outcome

Less manual work — without giving up control.

Because Bridge detects protected scopes, assesses reports and records decisions locally, your approvals are better informed. These boundaries are hard-wired — they do not open without you.

  • protected scopes
  • review-required states
  • local decision ledger
  • no force push
  • no auto merge
  • no auto deploy
  • no .env
  • no secrets in reports
  • no raw private diffs
  • expected HEAD checks
  • clean worktree checks
  • explicit confirmations

Honestly: Bridge does not replace review and promises no perfect safety. It makes risky changes stand out before you decide.

FAQ

Buyer questions about the Bridge — short and honest.

Is AI Operator Bridge itself an AI agent?

No. Bridge is the layer around your agents: it prepares tasks, reviews reports and remembers decisions. The actual AI work is still done by Claude, ChatGPT or Codex.

Does Bridge write code?

No. Bridge generates handoffs, QA packs and assessments — your agent writes the code. Bridge does the work around it.

Does Bridge auto-merge?

No. Bridge recommends a next step — merge-ready, review required, or follow up. You do the merge.

Does Bridge auto-deploy?

No. No auto-push, no auto-deploy. Production-adjacent steps only happen after your explicit approval.

Where is my data stored?

Locally on your machine. Project memory, reports and the decision ledger are local files — no cloud account, no server storage. Secrets are not copied into reports.

Who is it for?

Technical founders, indie hackers and small teams who use AI coding agents on real repositories — and are tired of the manual operator work around them.

What is the difference between the Solo and Company license?

Solo (79 € one-time) is for one person and their own projects. Company / Protech (1,790 € one-time) is for teams, agencies and companies: unlimited internal licenses for all employees, source code for internal adaptation, not for resale — direct purchase, once unlocked.

Why not just use Claude or Codex directly?

You can — then you do the operator work by hand: copy context, explain constraints, assemble QA, read reports, note decisions. Bridge takes that part over, so the agents do what they are good at.

Do I need my own API credits for Claude, ChatGPT or Codex?

Yes. AI Bridge does not replace an AI provider account or API credits. You still need your own Claude, ChatGPT or Codex access — Bridge organizes the work around it, not the AI access itself.

Does Bridge touch payment or Stripe files?

No. Payment, Stripe and secret paths are detected and flagged as a protected area, not changed. A report touching those areas is classified as not mergeable.

Is this suitable for non-technical users?

Not without help. Setup requires terminal, Node.js and Git familiarity; there is no one-click installer for non-technical users and no cloud interface.

What do I get after buying?

The ZIP package described in "What you get in the ZIP" above: local Bridge package, setup guide, safety model, usage guide, example prompts, release/preflight templates, a limitations document, troubleshooting and changelog.

Can I give the explainer document to my AI?

Yes, that is exactly what it is for: download it and ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI whether AI Bridge fits your own workflow.

What is not ready yet?

The final commercial ZIP release, the website purchase/download dry-run, and checkout-link sending are not ready or are blocked. The current readiness state is on the technical proof page.
