Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to all purchases of digital download products through the website ai-orchestrator.de. They apply to consumers and businesses; provisions that concern consumers only (in particular the right of withdrawal) are marked accordingly.

AI Orchestrator is a product and brand name of Alondra Butuc. The contracting party is Alondra Butuc.

3. Products

The following digital download products are offered:

• AI Founder Kit
• AI Orchestrator Kit
• AI Founder Operating System

All products are digital content: ZIP archives containing Markdown files and templates. The product files are written in English. Each purchase is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring costs. No software is installed, there is no account and no cloud connection. The essential contents, exclusions and technical requirements are shown on the order page before you place the order.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The order process works as follows: you select a product and receive a summary of all essential information (product, version, file format, language, total price, delivery, license, support). If you are a consumer, you then make the two declarations regarding immediate delivery (see section 9) and place the order using a button clearly labelled as creating an obligation to pay. Payment takes place on the payment page of our payment provider Stripe.

The purchase contract is formed when the payment provider confirms your payment. You receive a confirmation of the contract, including the declarations you made, by email (§ 312f of the German Civil Code, BGB). The contract language is German. The contract text (these terms in the version valid at the time of purchase) is referenced in the confirmation email and remains available on this website; purchase data is stored within the scope of statutory duties.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are total prices in euros and are shown on the order page before you place the order. There are no shipping costs. Payment is a one-time payment processed by the payment provider Stripe; the available payment methods are shown on the payment page. You receive your invoice or payment receipt through the payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place immediately after confirmed payment: the download is available directly on the confirmation page and you receive an email with a download link. For security reasons download links are valid for a limited time; you can request a fresh link at any time with your purchase email address via the "Restore access" page.

7. Technical requirements

You only need a device that can unpack ZIP archives and display or edit Markdown files (.md) — for example any common text or code editor. There are no special system requirements; no membership with any AI provider is part of the product.

8. License

With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive license to use the product files in your own private and commercial projects. Not permitted, in particular: sharing or publishing the original files or lightly modified versions, reselling, white-label use, and handing over the kit files as a standalone product to third parties or clients. The full license text ships as LICENSE.md inside every package and forms part of the contract.

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in the withdrawal policy with the model withdrawal form on this website. Because the products are digital content delivered immediately, the following applies: the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly requested that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends, have confirmed your knowledge that the right expires as a result, and the contract confirmation has been provided to you (§ 356(5) BGB). You make both declarations during the order process via two separate checkboxes that are never pre-selected.

10. Updates

The purchase includes all updates of version 1.x of the purchased product. A later version 2.0 is a separate, independent product and is not part of the purchase. Future other products are likewise not included. Statutory update duties for digital products (§ 327f BGB) remain unaffected.

11. Support

We provide best-effort email support (info@unterhaltsplan.de) for installation questions and reproducible defects of the product files. There is no guaranteed response time. Support does not include consulting, customizing or project work.

12. No promise of outcomes

The products are structural working material. No specific business, financial or other outcome is promised, and no such outcome is part of the agreed characteristics of the products.

13. Statutory rights regarding defects

The statutory provisions on the supply of digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB) apply, including the statutory warranty rights in case of defects. Please report defects to the contact address above.

14. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

15. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country. No jurisdiction clause is agreed against consumers.
