Withdrawal policy

For contracts about digital content, consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alondra Butuc, Bismarckstr. 104, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Deutschland, email: info@unterhaltsplan.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The products offered are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and delivered immediately after confirmed payment. Under § 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires if

• we have begun delivering the product,
• you have expressly requested that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends,
• you have confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, and
• we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract by email (§ 312f BGB).

During the order process you make both declarations via two separate checkboxes that are never pre-selected, with the following wording:

• "I expressly request that delivery of the download begins immediately — before the 14-day withdrawal period ends."
• "I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins."

Without both declarations the purchase cannot continue, because the product is delivered immediately. The time and the contract-terms version of your declarations are stored and documented in the confirmation email.
